Ⅲ:Introduction to Classification


Whole Core Belt: Hangseng Belt with integral fabric as core. Whole fabric is made up of multi-layer warp and weft threads and interlaced with each other in weaving or combined with other joining threads.


Single Core Belt: A fabric conveyor belt with a core consisting of a layer of fabric.


Double Core Belt: A handy belt with a core consisting of two layers of fabric and two layers of fabric bonded together by a middle layer of elastomer thick enough.


Multilayer Core Belt: A conveyor belt with a core consisting of multilayer fabrics and adjacent fabrics withered together by an elastomer intermediate layer.


Ⅳ: Use of Rubber Layer:


(1): Protect the strong layer of the built-in skeleton to avoid being damaged by conveying materials.


(2): According to the properties of different materials, adjusting the properties of rubber layer is more effective to ensure the use of conveyor belts and prolong the service life.
