How to distinguish the quality of high temperature resistant conveyor belt

1. The selection of the most suitable belt depends not only on the thermal strain, but also on the stress of the chemical machine;

2. The temperature of the conveyed material and the surface temperature of the belt vary according to the composition, property, appearance, structure and size of the material. For example, when the temperature of the bulk material is 150 ℃ (coke or sintered ore) and the contact area of the belt is small, the surface temperature of the belt can be maintained at 60-80 ℃. However, when transporting cement powder, the difference between material temperature and belt surface temperature is very small;

3. The life of heat-resistant conveyor belt is strongly affected by the temperature of the belt surface, which affects the cover rubber falling off and the belt core delamination. Therefore, when selecting the belt, it is very important to consider the temperature of the belt surface, as well as the ambient temperature, whether the belt can be fully cooled when it goes; the belt speed and the center spacing are worth noting;

4. The thick cover glue is an important condition to ensure the short life of the belt. We suggest that the cover glue thickness of the cold resistant belt of the fabric core: 6-8mm for the upper cover and 2-4mm for the lower cover.
