Heat-Resistant Conveyor Belt

The heat-resistant conveyor belt is mainly used to transport high-temperature materials including sinter, hot coke, cement clinker, hot castings and other materials. EPDM or E-SBR cover rubber is respectively used according to main performance and different levels of heat resistance after the heat-resistant conveyor belt is damaged to lose conveying capacity; high-strength high-penetration polyester canvas or cotton canvas are used as the strength layer.

The heat-resistant glass-fiber fabric is set between cover rubber and framework layer to improve the service life of heat-resistant conveyor belt.

We can make it into endless conveyor belt as clients’ requirements.

On-site survey can adjust the formulation design according to the actual situation and customer requirements to ensure the effective use of the site.
